Rate: CAD $7.00 per hour, based on 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Atlantic Time, with a one-hour unpaid break
Target start date: October 26, 2026

Kelly Built Homes Inc., based in Prince Edward Island, Canada, is looking for a virtual Estimator & Project Coordinator to help price and organize custom homes, apartment buildings, and renovations. You will work closely with our project managers to prepare estimates, material lists, subcontractor pricing, and clear job records.

This is a remote position for someone based in the Philippines. The required Atlantic Time schedule falls overnight in the Philippines.

What you’ll do

• Prepare estimates and quotes from drawings, specifications, and project information.

• Complete material takeoffs and provide material lists to project managers.

• Request, review, and organize subcontractor and supplier quotes.

• Update pricing as selections, specifications, and scope are finalized.

• Prepare and track pricing for client change orders.

• Set up and maintain jobs, estimates, pricing, and supporting documents in JobTread.

• Work with project managers to confirm scope, quantities, schedules, and purchasing needs.

• Flag missing information, conflicting drawings, and pricing gaps.

• Keep estimate records clear so the team can see what each price includes.

What we’re looking for

• Estimating experience and a clear understanding of Canadian building practices and residential construction.

• Hands-on JobTread experience is required, particularly with estimates and job records.

• Ability to read construction plans and specifications and complete accurate material takeoffs.

• Confidence using spreadsheets and organizing detailed pricing information.

• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Ability to work the stated Atlantic Time schedule.

This is an independent contractor opportunity paid for hours worked. Paid time off and employee benefits are not provided.
