    About the Opportunity

    We are seeking organized, client-focused individuals to join our remote team as Virtual Client Services Specialist. In this position, you will assist clients with researching vacation possibilities, coordinating requested services, and keeping important planning information organized throughout the process.

    This role is a good fit for individuals who enjoy helping people, working with details, and communicating in a virtual environment. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational support are provided.

    What You'll Do

    • Gather information about each client's destination preferences, travel dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
    • Research and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and package options using approved resources.
    • Help coordinate selected arrangements and maintain organized confirmations, reservation details, schedules, and itinerary information.
    • Stay in contact with clients by providing updates, answering routine questions, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with standard adjustments when needed.
    • Review client and booking information for accuracy, maintain current records, and continue building knowledge of destinations and supplier services.
