Fiesta Health is growing across Georgia, and we're looking for passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.

Our Virtual Career Fair is an opportunity to submit your resume and connect with our Talent Team for current and upcoming RBT openings throughout Georgia. Qualified candidates will be contacted to schedule an interview and discuss the opportunities that best match their experience, location, and availability.

Opportunities Include

• Clinic-based ABA therapy in Marietta, Stockbridge, and Savannah
• In-home ABA therapy throughout Georgia
• Full-time and part-time positions Pay Range:$22–$28 per hour
• Current and future career opportunities

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other members of the clinical team.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for each child.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation for assigned work locations, as applicable.
• Ability to pass all required background screenings.
• Passion for helping children and families through compassionate, high-quality ABA services.

Virtual Career Fair Bonus
