Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the virtual arcade, ensuring a seamless and safe customer experience.
- Lead and train a team of arcade staff and VR technicians.
- Monitor and maintain VR hardware and software systems; coordinate with tech support as needed.
- Manage schedules, inventory, and supplies, including VR equipment and safety gear.
- Handle customer inquiries and conflict resolution with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Track and analyze performance metrics; implement improvements to boost engagement and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail, entertainment, or hospitality management.
- Strong interest in VR gaming and emerging technology.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting knowledge.
- CPR/First Aid certification a plus.

- Background in event planning or hosting tournaments.
