VIPyy-Verse is seeking motivated, organized, and relationship-driven Regional Managers to help grow our network of venues, talent, promoters, sponsors, and transportation partners.
VIPyy-Verse connects the people and businesses behind nightlife and live entertainment through event promotion, talent opportunities, ticketing, and V-Pass memberships. As a Regional Manager, you will help build and manage this network in your assigned city or region.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard promoters, artists, DJs, comedians, venues, and transportation partners.
- Build relationships with nightclub owners, event organizers, and local sponsors.
- Support partners with profile setup and understanding platform services.
- Coordinate local promotional teams and support event campaigns.
- Help develop V-Pass venue partnerships and membership growth.
- Track outreach, follow-ups, partner activity, and results.
- Communicate regularly with VIPyy leadership about progress and local opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, entertainment, or business development.
- Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable contacting business owners and recruiting new partners.
- Self-motivated and able to manage relationships independently.
- Familiar with social media and basic digital business tools.
- Existing entertainment or hospitality connections are a plus.
Compensation
This is a commission- and profit-sharing-based independent contractor opportunity, with no guaranteed salary or hourly pay. Earnings depend on eligible revenue-producing activity and applicable profits within your assigned market. Compensation terms and payment schedules will be provided in writing before onboarding.
