VIP Support & IT Engineer

Pay Rate: $40-45/Hr

Location: Atlanta, GA - Onsite 100%

Duration: 6 months

Role: VIP Support & IT Engineer:

An Audio and Video Conferencing Specialist or AV Engineer/IT Support ensures seamless real-time communication, virtual meetings, and hybrid collaboration across corporate conference rooms and software platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Room & Equipment Setup: Install, configure, and maintain conference room hardware, including displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, and control panels.
• Live Meeting Support: Monitor, set up, and provide live technical assistance for high-profile meetings, town halls, and webinars.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve audio feedback, video dropouts, network connectivity, and hardware failures.
• System Design & Integration: Read AV/circuit diagrams, assist with low-voltage wiring, and coordinate with IT or vendor teams for room upgrades.
• User Training: Train employees and executive staff on how to use room systems and conferencing software effectively.
