    About the Opportunity

    We are seeking organized, service-driven individuals to join our remote team as VIP Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will help create seamless, personalized vacation experiences by assisting clients with research, coordinating requested services, and managing important details throughout the planning process.

    This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy delivering attentive service, staying organized, and helping clients feel confident about their arrangements. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Learn about each client's destination interests, preferred dates, vacation style, budget, priorities, and unique requests.
    • Identify and compare premium accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other experience options using approved supplier resources.
    • Coordinate selected arrangements and keep confirmations, schedules, reservation information, and itinerary details organized and current.
    • Maintain proactive communication with clients by sharing updates, answering planning questions, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with routine adjustments.
    • Review important details for accuracy, monitor deadlines, maintain complete client records, and continue developing knowledge of destinations and supplier offerings.
