Position Details Position Purpose
The Video Support Technician supports the university's strategic marketing and communications efforts through the creation of high-quality video and audio content while providing operational support for the Creative Media Team's production facilities. Responsibilities include filming, video editing, podcast production, sound design, and supporting the production of campus events.
The position collaborates with senior video staff, creative team members, and account managers to deliver brand-aligned content and assist across all aspects of multimedia production. In addition, the Video Support Technician serves as the primary operator of the university's podcast studio and helps maintain studio spaces and production equipment, ensuring cameras, lighting, audio, and related resources are organized, functional, and ready for use.
