Video Producer

We're looking for a freelance Video Producer to help CareSimple turn scripts, brand guidelines, and clinical content into polished video and visual assets, from short patient-education videos to investor-ready decks and marketing collateral. It's a project-based engagement with room to grow into an ongoing relationship as our content needs grow.

Scope of work

• Video production: short-form videos (~60-120 seconds) using AI avatar and voiceover tools such as HeyGen or Synthesia, paced for an older-adult audience
• Presentation design: polished PowerPoint and Google Slides templates for sales, investor, and clinical audiences
• Visual assets: social graphics, one-pagers, and infographics derived from our brand system
• Brand compliance: follow our color, typography, and identity guidelines, with accuracy on clinical and technical content
• Iteration: incorporate feedback across revision rounds until deliverables meet quality and accuracy standards

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience with AI video tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, or comparable)
• A strong portfolio in instructional, healthcare, or corporate video and presentation design
• Ability to follow scripts and brand guidelines precisely
• Sensitivity to older-adult and diverse audiences: clear pacing, large readable text, accessible design
• Comfort working independently and iterating on structured feedback
• Preferred: bilingual (English primary, Canadian French a plus); familiarity with accessible content standards (WCAG, captioning)

Deliverables

Final files in standard formats: MP4 1080p or higher for video, .pptx or .pdf for presentations, and PNG or SVG for graphics, captioned and branded where applicable. When you apply, please share a link to your portfolio along with your availability and approximate rate.
