The Prince George’s County Police Departmentis currently seeking qualified applicants to fill a Video Evidence Manager (Info Tech Proj Coordinator 4G)grade G27position, in the Information TechnologyDivision.

About the Position 

This is a principal-level professional, technical and administrative position. The Video Evidence Manager is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and operation of the agency's video evidence program. This includes managing equipment logistics, overseeing digital video evidence (DVE) storage, ensuring compliance with public records laws (e.g., FOIA, MPIA), and training personnel on proper video device usage and software navigation. As a key technical leader, the Video Evidence Manager will assist in providing critical IT solutions to various PGPD Divisions/Districts, along with other county departments and exercise a high degree of independence. Additionally, the Video Evidence Manager will bridge the gap between technical execution and administrative strategy to ensure county objectives are met efficiently.
