Legacy Staffing has partnered with a world-class healthcare organization to hire a Video and Podcast Production (Marketing) Coordinator. This is a fully remote, first shift opportunity with a pay range of $19-21/hour based on experience and skill level. This role focuses on supporting day-to-day video and podcast production activities, including project coordination, scheduling, content organization, and production logistics. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or entry-level professional with a passion for media production, communications, and digital content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support video and podcast production workflows, including planning, scheduling, project tracking, and content organization.
- Coordinate with producers, writers, editors, healthcare experts, and other stakeholders to facilitate content development and production activities.
- Schedule video interviews and podcast recordings, manage calendars, and assist with production logistics to ensure a seamless experience for participants.
- Track project timelines and production milestones while helping manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Maintain organized records and archives of completed video and podcast assets to support efficient file management and retrieval.
- Assist with content publishing, distribution, and promotional efforts across digital channels.
- Provide administrative and project support to ensure the delivery of high-quality content aligned with organizational marketing and communication objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general digital collaboration tools preferred.
- Interest in video production, podcasting, digital media, and content marketing.
