Key Requirements- Active Top Secret Clearance required (must already possess clearance).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience (4 years may substitute for degree).
- Minimum 2 years of professional administrative, analyst, or program support experience.
- Must be able to work 100% onsite in Washington, DC; no telework.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities- Provide administrative and analytical support to FBI victim services personnel.
- Manage calendars, emails, reports, correspondence, document preparation, and tracking activities.
- Maintain databases, perform data entry, generate reports, and analyze trends.
- Process and manage records in FBI systems, SharePoint, and other databases.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ideal Candidate- Experienced administrative analyst with government, law enforcement, legal, victim services, or program support experience.
- Comfortable working with highly sensitive information and following strict procedures.
- Proficient in records management, reporting, process documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
