Our team is made up of dedicated public servants who are passionate about making Daggett County a great place to live, work, and visit.WHEN YOU'LL WORKYou'll work part-time hours between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVEAs our part-time Victim Advocate, you serve as both a guide and a resource for individuals navigating difficult and often overwhelming situations. You engage with the community by leading presentations, attending outreach events, and strengthening awareness of victim services. Partnering with law enforcement, you provide training and ensure victim rights are understood and upheld. You compile and present program data to leadership while growing the advocacy program through recruiting, interviewing, and training volunteers. You coordinate volunteer efforts, track caseloads, and provide feedback and recognition to maintain strong performance. Assessing safety risks, you create tailored safety plans, and advocate for victims throughout every stage of the justice process.
