A Day in the Life:
Own and evolve a multi-billion-dollar retail partnership across Walmart and Sam's Club
Lead at the intersection of category strategy, digital acceleration, and franchise storytelling
Lead with clarity, urgency, and autonomy, navigating a matrixed organization while delivering outsized impact.
Shape how Hasbro shows up in a rapidly changing omnichannel retail environment
Operate as a general manager of the business, with end-to-end accountability and influence
Own full P&L accountability, delivering revenue, profit, and market share growth

The base salary range for this position is $255,000 to $343,000. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
