The Role
We’re seeking an entrepreneurial investment professional to join as a Vice President or Principal on a co-founder track. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder to source, structure, and execute control investments in healthcare, and help build a differentiated buyout firm from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Lead deal execution: financial modeling, due diligence, deal structuring, and lender/investor coordination
- Take ownership in setting up capital stacks: equity sizing, debt terms, and independent sponsor modeling
- Interface with founders and management teams; attend board meetings and drive value-creation plans
- Use AI, automation, and no-code tools to analyze targets, optimize workflows, and improve portfolio company performance
- Build repeatable investment playbooks and sourcing strategies alongside the founder
- Help shape the culture and trajectory of a next-generation healthcare buyout platform
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in a top-tier healthcare private equity firm in the U.S.
- Strong technical skills in LBO modeling, capital structuring, due diligence
- Exposure to boards or operating teams in post-close settings
- Genuine excitement about transforming healthcare delivery through AI and automation
- Fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT, Excel scripting, no-code dashboards, etc.)
- Highly analytical, hands-on, and willing to go deep on operational details
- Passionate about building a firm with long-term vision, people-centric culture, and excellence
What We Offer
Title: VP or Principal (depending on experience)
Compensation:
- Total Cash: $200K–$300K (base + bonus)
- Carry Participation: Up to 10% of promote in deals led or materially executed
