Vice President, Strategic Partnerships – Remote with Travel

Introduction:

Our client, a rapidly expanding leader in the healthcare services industry specializing in sub-acute hemodialysis within skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, seeks an accomplished Vice President of Partnerships with extensive multi-state experience. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to shape and execute partnership strategies, foster business growth, and elevate patient care nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies to drive census and revenue growth across multiple markets.

- Establish and oversee segmentation and management of strategic partner accounts, prioritizing high-value relationships.

- Identify and pursue growth opportunities with skilled nursing, post-acute care, hospital, physician group, and nephrology practice partners.

- Build, lead, and mentor a team of client relationship professionals to optimize partnership management processes, access and outcomes.

- Implement a proactive relationship management model, including structured client engagement and business review processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to resolve operational challenges impacting partner satisfaction and retention.

- Monitor partnership health indicators, manage risk, and prioritize growth opportunities through disciplined CRM and data analysis practices.

- Translate partner feedback and market insights into actionable opportunities to continuously improve service offerings and organizational performance.

Requirements:

- Significant leadership experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or client relations within healthcare.

- Strong preference for candidates with a background in skilled nursing facilities (SNF), post-acute care, or adjacent healthcare services (home health, hospice, physician/MSO, renal care, etc.).

- Proven track record of building, scaling, or transforming partnership or business development functions, with measurable growth results.

- Expertise in team leadership, performance management, and implementing effective partnership management frameworks.

- Established network within skilled nursing, post-acute care, or related healthcare sectors is highly desirable.

- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and dynamic organizational environment.

This is a remote position requiring regular travel to partner locations and corporate offices across multiple states.
