Churchill Consulting Engineers, now part of the growing Artheon engineering platform, is seeking a Vice President of Structural Engineering to join our leadership team. Artheon brings together several established consulting engineering firms, including Churchill Consulting Engineers, CME Associates, and Naik Consulting Group, forming a collaborative organization of more than 600 professionals delivering complex infrastructure solutions across transportation, utilities, and public works.
While this position is being hired within Churchill Consulting Engineers, the Vice President of Structural Engineering will play a key leadership role in shaping and expanding Artheons transportation structures practice across the broader platform. This role offers the opportunity to lead and grow a high-impact practice focused on bridge and transportation-related structural projects while helping guide the strategic direction of the broader organization.
The Vice President will oversee the planning, design, and delivery of complex transportation structures while also driving business development, strengthening client relationships, and mentoring the next generation of engineering leaders.

The ideal candidate is a highly regarded transportation structural engineer with deep experience delivering projects for NJDOT, NJTA, and similar agencies, and a proven ability to build and lead strong teams.
