Vice President of Sales Job Opening in Danville, California Job#16863421 - Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Laser and Aesthetics  A physician-led aesthetics practice offering cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, laser treatments and aesthetic services is searching for a Vice President of Sales to build and lead its patient care coordinator teams, the people who guide patients from first consultation to treatment. This is a full-time, primarily onsite leadership role in Danville, California, where you will coach and develop the coordinators, raise consultation conversion rates, set the key performance indicators that matter, tighten follow-up, grow revenue and help scale the practice. The company is looking for a builder of high-performing sales organizations rather than an individual seller. Compensation includes a competitive base salary that is flexible for an exceptional candidate with a proven track record, plus performance-based bonuses and a full benefits package.Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of sales experience, including at least 3–5 years managing and developing sales teams.
• A record of building and leading a high-performing sales organization, not just closing deals as an individual contributor.
• Background in plastic surgery, medspa, aesthetics, luxury healthcare or high-ticket consultative sales is preferred.
• Proven ability to improve consultation conversion rates, set key performance indicators and optimize follow-up.
• Excellent coaching and training skills, with the ability to develop patient care coordinators.
• Experience with multi-location growth is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Danville, California.
