    Description

    Vice President of Sales and Marketing

    $115,000-$120,000 a year + competitive bonus structure | Full-Time

    Location: Wesley Willows | Rockford, IL

    Wesley Willows has served Rockford-area retirees for decades across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. Were looking for a sales and marketing leader who will drive strategic growth initiatives, brand positioning, community relationships, and product development to support Wesley Willows mission and long-term occupancy goals.

    What Youll Do:

    • Build and run the annual sales and marketing plan for both campuses, tracking occupancy and sales KPIs weekly and reporting results to executive leadership.
    • Own the CRM: keep it accurate and automated, and train the sales and marketing team to use it well, with a goal of at least half of all leads generated online.
    • Manage the website and digital marketing so both drive real leads, and stay on top of SEO and paid campaign performance.
    • Coach and develop the sales and marketing team with monthly reviews and individual KPI goals.
    • Represent Wesley Willows in the community through networking, open houses, and partnerships with local organizations and healthcare providers.
    • Help shape a national strategy for our brain health and well-being program if we decide to license it to other senior living operators.
    • Work with the CEO and COO on data-driven decisions about new markets and geographically targeted advertising.

    What Youll Need:

    Required:

    • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
    • 7+ years of progressive sales and marketing leadership experience, including leading a team.
    • A track record of building sales and marketing plans that grew occupancy and revenue.
    • Ability to travel locally for community events and to visit between campuses.

    Preferred:

    • Masters degree.
    • Senior living, hospitality, or other consumer-facing industry background.
    • Hands-on experience automating and reporting in a CRM system.
    • Working knowledge of SEO, paid digital advertising, and website lead optimization.
