    HiFyve is hiring a Vice President of Product Support in the heavy construction equipment industry in Kent, WA!


    Salary:$165,000 - $225,000/year + bonus

    Shift: Days

    Location: Kent, WA


    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead all aftermarket operations including parts, service, warranty, technical support, and rebuild programs across multiple locations.

    • Develop and execute strategies to improve absorption rate, profitability, and recurring revenue growth.

    • Oversee shop and field service operations with a focus on safety, scheduling, productivity, and turnaround time.

    • Manage parts operations including inventory turns, fill rates, pricing strategies, and obsolescence control.

    • Establish standardized operating procedures and performance metrics across all branches.

    • Partner with sales, finance, and used equipment teams to support full equipment lifecycle profitability.

    • Build strong OEM and vendor relationships to maximize programs, rebates, and service support.

    • Lead customer uptime initiatives and resolve escalated service issues to improve retention and satisfaction.

    • Develop and mentor leadership teams while driving accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.

    • Maintain P&L responsibility, budgets, forecasting, and long-term growth plans for the Product Support division.


    Education Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required.

    • MBA preferred.

    • Equivalent leadership experience in a related industry may be considered.


    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • 10+ years of leadership experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, or capital equipment industries.

    • Proven success leading multi-site service and parts operations.

    • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and KPIs.

    • Knowledge of technician productivity, labor recovery, warranty processes, and aftermarket growth strategies.

    • Experience with ERP systems, service management software, and CRM platforms.

    • Strong communication, change management, and executive leadership skills.

    • Ability to travel regularly to branch locations as needed.

    • Commitment to safety, compliance, and customer-focused operations.
