·        You’re someone who likes to understand how things work, asks good questions, and looks for opportunities to make the organization better. You’re comfortable with budgets and data, but you also understand that successful healthcare operations are ultimately about people—patients, physicians, and the teams who care for them.

·        You build relationships easily and are comfortable working with a wide range of personalities and perspectives. You can have a candid conversation with a surgeon, collaborate with a scheduler, support a clinical leader, or hold a team member accountable while maintaining trust and respect.

·        You bring confidence and good judgment while remaining curious and open to new ideas. You don’t need to have every answer, but you know how to find it, bring the right people together, and move things forward.

·        You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of the operation, make a meaningful impact, develop strong physician and team relationships, and continue to grow as a healthcare business leader within Constitution Surgery Alliance.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong business judgment and financial acumen, with comfort working with budgets, financial statements, data, and operational metrics.
• An interest in understanding case costing and the financial drivers of an ASC, including labor, supplies, implants, case mix, and utilization.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians, leaders, staff, and external partners.
• The ability to work successfully with a wide range of personalities, perspectives, and priorities.
• Sound judgment, confidence, and strong problem-solving skills, with a solutions-oriented approach.
• The ability to establish clear expectations, foster accountability, and navigate conflict constructively.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and move initiatives forward.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
