Reach millions of customers through Uline’s industry-leading catalog, digital marketing and email programs spanning 45,000+ products.

Guide a high-performing marketing organization and partner with executive leadership to leverage customer data and analytics, optimize marketing strategies and drive customer growth.

Position Responsibilities

• Direct Uline's large-scale marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement across 45,000+ products.
• Shape integrated marketing across catalog, email and digital channels, measuring campaign performance and ROI.
• Oversee customer databases and analytics, translating data into actionable insights to guide marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop directors and managers across marketing strategy, campaign execution, audience targeting and operations.
• Partner with executive leaders across Creative, Merchandising, Sales and Finance to align marketing initiatives and oversee $500M+ in annual investment.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of marketing experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading managers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced business environment.
• Proven success negotiating vendor contracts, managing large marketing investments and improving operational efficiency.

Preferred Experience

• Experience leading large-scale print marketing and catalog programs in a retail, eCommerce, direct-mail publishing or direct-to-consumer environment.
• Advanced expertise in customer analytics, segmentation and database marketing.
