About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead our restaurant marketing strategy with a focus on digital channels, customer engagement, and brand growth.

This role requires hands-on restaurant industry experience and expertise in driving traffic, loyalty, and revenue through modern marketing channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO, paid search, and email
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive foot traffic and online ordering
  • Build and scale our customer loyalty program to increase repeat visits and lifetime value
  • Lead social media strategy across all platforms, creating engaging content that drives community engagement
  • Oversee SEO strategy to improve local search rankings and organic visibility
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and ROI to optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure marketing initiatives align with guest experience

Required Qualifications

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
