Job Description
Lead and oversee the management of LIHTC real estate deals and projects from initiation to completion. Drive all underwriting and closings in close partnerships with originations, asset management and IR teams. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations and other applicable policies. Provide strategic guidance to project teams and stakeholders to address challenges and achieve objectives. Evaluate project performance and implement improvements where necessary. Prepare and present reports on project progress to senior leadership. Monitor budgets and ensure financial objectives are met for each project. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, investors, and other key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Vice President of LIHTC Project Management should have: Extensive experience with LIHTC real estate project management. Experience working for a syndicator, bank, non-profit or real estate developer. Led deal closes and posses strong underwriting skills and experience. Strong knowledge of financial services and property development processes. Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse stakeholders. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. A track record of ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
