?????The Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis functions. In addition, this role will partner with highly skilled professionals across the business to drive data-driven decision-making, enhance financial performance, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. This candidate will be a strategic, analytical leader who is highly energetic and passionate about delivering insights that support growth and operational excellence. In addition, the person in this role will have the mentality to think like a business owner and take a proactive yet collaborative approach to accomplishing organizational goals. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer or executive leadership.

  • Experienced Leader: 10+ years in FP&A, finance, or related roles, with a proven track record in a senior leadership position.
  • Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to align financial planning with business strategy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Technologically Proficient: Advanced knowledge of financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights) and Excel.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Exceptional ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.
  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA designation preferred).
