We Go Beyond:
At Bed Bath & Beyond, we believe that everyone should "Be You!". Bed Bath & Beyond is a community that upholds a culture of understanding, acceptance, and respect. We believe a person's individuality, traits, beliefs, and characteristics should be valued and embraced. Living by this ethos is essential to the success of our business. Our goal is to foster a more inclusive environment where every employee visibly demonstrates inclusive behaviors and respect for individuals.
ABOUT US
Beyond Retail Group is the retail operating business of Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc., bringing one of America's most recognized home brands to customers across our ecommerce site, third-party marketplaces, and a growing physical store footprint. We are rebuilding our Finance organization around three verticals - Corporate Planning, Retail Planning, and Operations Finance - so that finance is a true decision partner to every part of the business. This is a rare chance to help shape a modern finance function at a brand in the middle of its next chapter.
THE ROLE
The VP, Retail Planning leads one of three finance verticals reporting to the CFO and is the senior finance owner of how the company makes money at the top line. You will steward the P&Ls of our revenue-generating channels - eCommerce, Marketplaces, and Stores & Omnichannel - and lead the net revenue management agenda (pricing, promotion, mix, and marketing investment) that turns sales growth into profitable growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for a retail finance executive who is equally comfortable building a team, owning a number, and challenging the business on trade-offs.
