  A Vice President of Finance is a senior executive responsible for overseeing an organization’s financial strategy, operations, and risk management to ensure fiscal health and support strategic growth. Key Responsibilities
A VP of Finance manages the company’s financial operations and provides strategic guidance to senior leadership. Core duties include:

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to guide decision-making and optimize performance 
• Accounting Oversight: Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax filings to ensure accuracy and compliance 
• Strategic Advisory: Advise the CEO and executive team on financial decisions, investment opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies
• Capital and Investment Management: Oversee corporate investments, capital allocation, and cash flow management to maintain liquidity and support growth
