What You'll Do
Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President of development & Head of Fundraising is a senior leader responsible for driving individual and corporate giving strategies to meet an annual goal of ~$6.5M, as well as leading an upcoming capital & capacity-building campaign. This role manages top donor portfolios, oversees major events, leads the Development department team, and acts as the primary staff liaison to the Board's Resource Development Committee.

The salary range for this position is $195,000-$220,000 annual. Final compensation is determined based on a range of factors, including skill set, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs. Candidates may be hired at the entry, mid, or senior level of the range, depending on qualifications and position requirements.
Pre-Employment Requirements
As part of the hiring process, BGCSF requires candidates to complete LiveScan fingerprinting, a background check, and a tuberculosis (TB) evaluation or test.
