Job Description
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and consultants, to meet project objectives.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Oversee project teams, ensuring alignment with goals and maintaining high performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and standards.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Identify and address potential challenges or delays, implementing solutions proactively.
- Manage project documentation and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
