Ondas is seeking a highly strategic, execution-oriented Vice President of Corporate Development to serve as a key strategic partner to the Head of Global Corporate Development and M&A. This leader will help shape and execute the Company's inorganic growth strategy, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and minority or direct investments.
The Vice President of Corporate Development will lead transactions from initial market mapping and target identification through due diligence, negotiation, closing, and post-close value-creation planning. The role requires exceptional financial, commercial, and strategic judgment; the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously; and the executive presence to engage effectively with senior leadership, boards of directors, investors, target-company executives, investment banks, legal counsel, and other external advisors.
The base salary for this Vice President of Corporate Development position is $225,000 per year. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, which may include annual incentive compensation, equity, health benefits, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits, subject to the terms of applicable plans and programs.
