Position Summary
The Vice President of Construction serves as the senior operational leader responsible for the overall execution, profitability, safety, quality, manpower planning, customer satisfaction, and strategic success of Precision Plumbings Construction Project Management Division. This role provides executive leadership and accountability for all commercial and industrial plumbing projects through closeout.
The Vice President of Construction partners closely with the President and Executive Leadership Team to establish strategic direction, drive operational excellence, develop future leaders, strengthen customer relationships, improve consistency across all construction operations, and support the companys long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Success is measured by construction division profitability, gross profit margins, revenue growth, labor productivity, project performance, safety outcomes, customer retention, employee engagement, cash flow management, quality results, and the development of future leaders within the organization.

Annual salary: $160,000+ based on experience, qualifications, and skills demonstrated.
