We're actively seeking applicants for a construction executive who can lead our client's commercial and industrial construction division. Our client has been in business for 20 years and is driven by the desire to serve the community with hard work and integrity. This senior leadership role will assist in that goal by overseeing project execution, profitability, operations, customer relationships, safety, and the development of the Project Management team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction experience
• 5+ years of senior construction leadership
• Commercial/industrial construction experience
• Director, VP, or similar senior leadership experience
• Experience leading Project Management teams
• Strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Strong leadership, operational, and customer relationship skills
• Procore, Vista, Bluebeam, or similar technology experience preferred
