    Job Summary

    As the Vice President, Integrated Delivery Solutions (IDS) – Data Center, you will ultimately be responsible for leading large-scale data center and telecommunications infrastructure programs, driving operational excellence, and delivering profitable business growth. You will provide executive leadership for project execution, engineering, construction, and client delivery while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements. Your customers include hyperscale data center providers, enterprise clients, and internal Congruex teams, and you will make meaningful contributions to the company's success through operational leadership, strategic planning, financial performance, and client partnership.

    Key Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to)

    • Provide executive leadership for data center and telecommunications infrastructure programs, ensuring successful delivery of projects while meeting financial, operational, quality, and safety objectives.
    • Lead divisional operations with full profit and loss responsibility, including forecasting, budgeting, resource planning, project performance, risk management, and financial reporting.
    • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships while overseeing contract execution, change management, program reporting, and overall customer satisfaction.
    • Lead, develop, and mentor high-performing operations teams while supporting workforce planning, talent development, recruiting, and organizational growth.
    • Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives, operational improvements, business development efforts, competitive pursuits, and continuous process improvement.
    • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, operational excellence, and compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
    • Additional responsibilities within functional scope based on business needs.

    Required Qualifications

    Education, Licensing, and Certifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience leading engineering, construction, telecommunications, EPC, or infrastructure operations.
    • Minimum of 5 years of senior operational leadership experience with responsibility for multiple programs, business units, or divisions.
    • Experience managing large-scale telecommunications, utility, or data center construction programs with significant revenue and profit and loss responsibility.
    • Demonstrated success leading project execution, client relationships, operational performance, and organizational growth.

    Skills and Abilities

    • Executive leadership skills with the ability to develop, coach, and lead high-performing teams.
    • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss management, and operational analytics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
    • Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management systems.
    • Ability to interpret operational metrics, financial performance indicators, and project reporting to drive business decisions.
    • Ability to travel as business needs require.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience leading hyperscale data center or mission-critical infrastructure programs.
    • Experience with project management platforms such as Sitetracker or similar systems.
    • Experience supporting business development, contract negotiations, and strategic client growth initiatives.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to work in an office environment and travel to project sites as needed.
    • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer and standard office equipment for extended periods.
    • Ability to travel domestically as required to support clients, operations, and business development activities.
    • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
