Vice President & General Manager

This senior management role oversees all operational and financial aspects for a large manufacturing organization with 150-200 employees and $80-100MM annual sales.

• Responsible for achieving operating income and EBITDA targets, driving growth through new product development, market analysis, and international expansion.
• Ensures alignment of employee objectives with company plans, manages talent development, and fosters a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Leads continuous improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and production planning, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
• Oversees capital planning, facility maintenance, and capacity expansion to maximize asset utilization and ROI.
• Supports M&A activities, including target identification, due diligence, and integration.
• Acts as a corporate ambassador, communicating key messages and engaging with local teams.
• Key metrics include sales growth, profit margins, employee retention, safety, warranty, delivery, and inventory turns.
• Requires extensive leadership experience in manufacturing, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and strong influencing skills.
