POSITION SUMMARY:
The Vice President, Financial Operations & Workforce Management delivers high-impact strategic and operational support to Regional CFOs by strengthening income statement ownership and driving disciplined financial and operational management practices. The VP standardizes operating routines, including monthly reviews, weekly projections, and budget-to-actual analysis, to improve accountability and financial outcomes. The role leads workforce management and revenue cycle performance to align staffing, productivity, and cash flow with enterprise objectives.
