Position Overview
Newmark is seeking a Vice President of Property Management to lead the strategic growth, profitability, and operational performance of its Mid-Atlantic property management business. This position combines leadership, business development, and client relationship management to expand market share, deliver exceptional service, and maximize the value of clients' real estate investments.
Working closely with senior leadership, the Vice President will oversee property management teams, guide financial and operational performance, and develop strategies to retain existing clients and secure new management assignments.
