Job Description
The Vice President, Client Success, North America Financial Institutions, is a senior leadership role within the North America Client Services organization. This executive will lead the client experience and post-sale relationship strategy for Super Regional and Regional Financial Institutions, Sponsor Banks, and DPS clients across North America.
As a member of the North America Client Services Leadership Team, the Vice President will be accountable for client success outcomes, operational performance, solution adoption, and value realization across this strategically important portfolio. The role oversees the end-to-end post-sale experience, including onboarding, implementation, service delivery, optimization, issue resolution, and retention.
The Vice President will serve as an executive sponsor and trusted partner for senior client stakeholders while aligning Visa teams across Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Operations. This leader will also advance Visa's Client Success transformation by strengthening success planning, measurable outcomes, and the use of data, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished payments executive with strong client leadership experience, sound business judgment, and a track record of building high-performing teams in a complex, matrixed environment.

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $229,100 to $338,050 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). If you are located in Colorado, the estimated salary range for this position is $ to $ USD per year. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
