    Veterinary Technician

    Day & Evening Pet Hospital | Palm Harbor, FL

    Day & Evening Pet Hospital is looking for a compassionate, skilled, and team-oriented Veterinary Technician to join our growing team!

    We are a busy, full-service veterinary hospital and surgical center providing medical, surgical, dental, and preventative care for dogs and cats. Our technicians work closely with our veterinarians to provide exceptional patient care in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

    What You''ll Do

    • Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care.
    • Assist veterinarians with appointments, treatments, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry.
    • Perform venipuncture, catheter placement, laboratory procedures, radiology, anesthesia monitoring, and other technician duties.
    • Monitor hospitalized and surgical patients.
    • Educate clients on medications, treatments, and preventative care.
    • Maintain accurate medical records and follow hospital protocols.
    • Support an efficient, organized, and positive hospital environment.
    • Work as part of a team to deliver an excellent experience for patients, clients, and coworkers.

    • Three 12-hour shifts with rotating Saturdays.
    • Extended hours: Monday-Friday 8 AM-8 PM and Saturday 8 AM-2 PM.
