Town and Country Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant to join our growing small animal practice. Whether you are a credentialed technician, experienced assistant, or veterinary professional looking to continue developing your skills, we'd love to connect.

What You'll Do

  • Assist veterinarians during exams, diagnostics, and surgical procedures
  • Perform laboratory testing including bloodwork, urinalysis, and fecal exams
  • Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as directed
  • Monitor hospitalized patients and assist with patient recovery and critical care
  • Perform venipuncture, radiographs, and general nursing care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
  • Educate clients on preventive care, medications, and treatment plans
  • Support daily hospital operations and collaborate with the veterinary team

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic setting required
  • Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant experience welcomed
  • Licensed / Credentialed Veterinary Technicians (LVT/RVT/CVT) encouraged to apply, but not required
  • Strong technical skills and willingness to continue learning
  • Responsible, dependable, and flexible team player
  • Compassionate approach to patient care and client communication
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced veterinary hospital environment

Hospital Hours

  • Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Rotating Saturdays required: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
