Animal Care Clinic of Homer is looking for an experienced Veterinary Assistant or Technician to join our close-knit supportive team. If you enjoy hands-on patient care, a positive culture, and the opportunity to fully utilize your skills-this could be a great fit.

We are a well-established 3-doctor small animal hospital with a strong focus on high-quality medicine, client education, and compassionate care.

Make an Impact

• Build relationships with clients and truly make a difference.

What Youll Do

• Assist with exams, patient care, and client communication
• Perform venipuncture, catheter placement, and lab work
• Support surgery prep, induction, and anesthesia monitoring
• Take radiographs including dental
• Administer medications and vaccines
• Provide nursing care to hospitalized patients

What Were Looking For

• 2 years of veterinary experience or CVT/LVTR/VTT
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Positive team-oriented mindset
• Passion for patient care and continued growth

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday: 8am-6pm
• Rotating Saturdays: 8am-1pm
