    About This Role:Are you a Veterinary Technician who excels in anesthesia, patient monitoring, and medical math? Join our team and play a vital role in supporting innovative preclinical research studies that contribute to the development of life-changing medical technologies.

    This position is heavily focused on anesthesia induction, intra-operative monitoring, and surgical patient care. We're seeking a technician who is confident calculating drug dosages, CRIs, anesthetic protocols, and fluid rates while providing exceptional patient care throughout the surgical process.

    Required Qualifications

    2+ years of veterinary technician experienceStrong anesthesia experience in a surgical settingDemonstrated proficiency in medical math, including medication calculations, CRIs, and anesthesia-related calculationsKnowledge of aseptic technique and operating room proceduresExcellent attention to detail and clinical observation skillsAbility to independently administer and maintain general anesthesia

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience with large animal models (swine, sheep, etc.)AALAS Certification at the LAT level or higher and/or RVT (Registered Veterinary Technician)
