You'll join a highly skilled and collaborative team of experienced emergency clinicians and specialists in Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, and Surgery, all supported by an outstanding team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

    In Your Day to Day, You Will

    • Balance time between consultations, case workups, and surgical procedures
    • Perform orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries using available imaging and surgical equipment
    • Collaborate with other specialties to support integrated case management
    • Help shape and grow the surgical service in line with hospital priorities
    • Work alongside a dedicated surgical nursing and support team
    • Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care
    • Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations
    • Contribute to a positive, team focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning

    What You Bring

    • DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for state veterinary licensure
    • Board Certification in Surgery or residency training in Surgery
    • Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client centered approach
    • A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care
    • A passion for continuous learning, teamwork, and advancing specialty medicine
    • An interest in contributing to the continued growth and development of the surgical service
