Description
We are currently looking to fill Temporary full-time positions. Duration can be between 4-6wks long. While previous experience is desired, we are primarily looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, reliable with a flexible schedule and that does well in a HIGH VOLUME/FAST PACE environment.
We are open 7 days, 24 hours.
The responsibilities for this role include:
Answering phones.
Scheduling appointments.
Greeting and checking in clients.
Scanning the lobby frequently to ensure everyone has been checked in and or given an update/status.
