Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join the team at our successful clinic. Veterinary Reception responsibilities include providing customer service, answering phones, working with our Idexx Cornerstone software to schedule appointments and cash out invoices. Receptionist may also draw up vaccines, start labwork, and fill medications, and manage charts. If you are passionate about providing exceptional animal care, we’d like to meet you.


Responsibilities 

• Answer phones
• Schedule appointments
• Clean examination rooms in-between appointments
• Bring client/patient into the examination room 
• Check out invoices
• Draw up vaccines
• Preform labwork
• Fill medications
• Good client and animal skills required

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or in a similar role
• Knowledge of animal care
• Excellent communication skills 
• Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a busy environment
• Patience and a love for animals
