Job Title- Veterinary Product Advisor
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Remote (St. Louis, MO candidates highly preferred)
Schedule: Flexible availability between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
Shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM CST

Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to provide technical product information, nutritional guidance, and customer support for Clients Veterinary products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist veterinary professionals and pet owners with product information, nutritional guidance, and dietary management recommendations.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.

• Support online store issues, including orders, returns, refunds, and deliveries.

• Promote Purina veterinary products, research, and nutritional benefits.

• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely, accurate solutions.

• Support sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.

• High school diploma with 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of business/customer service experience.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Ability to understand and communicate technical product information.

• Veterinary clinic, animal science, or nutrition experience preferred.
