About the Role:Benson Animal Hospital PA is looking for a passionate and driven Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our dedicated team in Benson, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of a trusted animal hospital while making a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and compassionate patient experience
- Manage and mentor front desk, veterinary technician, and support staff teams
- Handle scheduling, staffing, and performance management for all non-DVM personnel
- Monitor and manage practice financials including budgeting, invoicing, and revenue reporting
- Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations, OSHA standards, and hospital policies
- Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, and supply procurement
- Drive client satisfaction initiatives and manage client communications and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with veterinarians to support practice growth and workflow improvements
Requirements:- Prior experience in veterinary practice management or a related healthcare management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Proficiency in veterinary practice management software (e.g., Avimark, Cornerstone, or similar)
- Solid understanding of veterinary clinic operations, medical terminology, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and inventory control
- A genuine love for animals and commitment to high-quality patient care
