We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Practice Manager to lead our talented team. In this vital role, you'll oversee daily operations, support and develop a skilled and compassionate staff, and help ensure a seamless delivery of high-quality veterinary care. Responsibilities:  
  • Lead and develop direct reports, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.  
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team to ensure staff training and performance meet expectations and deliver an unmatched client experience.  
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director to maintain high-quality medical care and optimize veterinarian schedules for client needs.  
  • Manage various aspects of the facility, including purchasing, property management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.  
  • Develop annual budgets, monitor practice revenue, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.  

Qualifications:  
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in veterinary practice management, operations, or related field preferred.
  • Veterinary marketing experience is beneficial.  
  • Experience as a licensed veterinary technician (LVT) or certified veterinary practice manager (CVPM) is ideal but not required.  
  • SHRM-CP, BS, MBA, or other advanced degrees are a plus.  
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team building and staff development.  
  • Decisive decision-making ability and effective problem-solving skills.  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges.
