Location: Pipestone, MN or Eastern South Dakota (Sioux Falls, Brandon, or Brookings area) Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience
At PIPESTONE Veterinary Services, we're passionate about supporting independent family farms that help feed the world. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Veterinary Physician Assistant to join our fast-paced swine health team.

What You'll Do
Partner with veterinarians to identify disease challenges through sample collection and on-farm assessments
Build strong relationships with pig farmers and become a trusted advisor for their operations
Develop and promote proactive herd health programs
Lead producer education initiatives, including:
PQA+ Certification
Site Assessments
Secure Pork Plans
Additional producer training programs
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of livestock industry experience
Required: Previous swine industry experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
Work Environment
Agricultural swine facilities in rural communities
Regular outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Some overnight travel required
Hearing protection needed in certain areas
Physical Requirements
Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling
Ability to occasionally lift, pull, or move up to 50 pounds
Additional Requirements
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Willingness to travel as needed
