The Role
- Provide medical leadership, set clinical standards, and ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements
- DVM/VMD or equivalent from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in California (or eligibility to obtain)
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- 3+ years of clinical experience preferred; prior leadership experience strongly valued
- Proficiency in routine soft tissue surgery and dentistry
- Strong communication skills and commitment to collaborative teamwork
