    Veterinary Internal Medicine Specialist – Advanced Care Center

     

    A specialty and emergency veterinary hospital is seeking a VeterinaryInternal Medicine Specialist to join its collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to practice advanced internal medicine in a modern facility while working alongside experienced emergency clinicians and veterinary specialists.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Diagnose and treat complex medical conditions in animal patients

    • Perform advanced diagnostic procedures and develop comprehensive treatment plans

    • Manage referred internal medicine cases and provide follow-up care

    • Collaborate with emergency veterinarians and specialists to ensure coordinated patient care

    • Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and long-term management

    • Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation

     

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university

    • Training or experience in veterinary internal medicine

    • Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills

    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

    • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
